How to Initiate a Return or Refund:

- Purchase receipt
- Order number
- Full name

Refund & Replacement Process:
• Replacements: For replacements, a photograph of the defective item is required. Once the issue is verified, we will ship a new product at no additional cost. Replacements are only available for defects attributed to GOATKITSHOP or the manufacturer.
Defective Products:
If your item is faulty or defective, please submit a photo along with a brief description of the issue. Upon confirmation that the defect is our responsibility, you may choose between receiving a replacement or a refund.
Customized Items:
Please note that all customized items (including personalized names, numbers, or patches) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This policy is in place because customized products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Sizing Issues:
If the size of the product does not align with the measurements provided on our website, we request a photo of the product with a measuring tape for verification. Should the sizing discrepancy be confirmed, we will replace the item free of charge.
However, if the shirt measurements match the size chart provided, the item cannot be returned, as doing so would incur customs and handling fees on our end.
