At GOATKITSHOP, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If a product does not meet our high standards or arrives defective, we offer options for replacements and refunds, following the guidelines below.

Return Window:

Customers may return or request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund:

To start a return or refund request, please contact us at contact@goatkitshop.com with the following details:

  1. Purchase receipt
  2. Order number
  3. Full name

Our support team will provide instructions on the next steps based on your request.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs & arranging the shipment. 

Refund & Replacement Process:

• Refunds: Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the product is confirmed to be defective or faulty, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Replacements: For replacements, a photograph of the defective item is required. Once the issue is verified, we will ship a new product at no additional cost. Replacements are only available for defects attributed to GOATKITSHOP or the manufacturer.

        Defective Products:

        If your item is faulty or defective, please submit a photo along with a brief description of the issue. Upon confirmation that the defect is our responsibility, you may choose between receiving a replacement or a refund.

        Sizing Issues:

        If the size of the product does not align with the measurements provided on our website, we request a photo of the product with a measuring tape for verification. Should the sizing discrepancy be confirmed, we will replace the item free of charge.


        Important Conditions:

        • Customer-Induced Damage:
        We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that have been damaged or altered due to improper handling by the customer.
        • Inspection Requirement:
        All returned items are subject to inspection to determine whether the defect or damage is attributable to GOATKITSHOP. If the damage is found to be caused by customer misuse, the request for a refund or replacement may be denied.
        • Exclusions:
        Our 30-day guarantee does not apply to products that have been modified, mishandled, or altered by the customer after delivery. GOATKITSHOP reserves the right to reject refund or replacement claims under these conditions.

        Delayed or Missing Refunds:

        If your refund has not been received, please follow these steps:

        2. Contact your credit card provider to confirm if the refund has been posted.
        3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.
